Little Deep in October

Today's weather cooperated for Plein Air painting in Woodstock, NY. 
 This is an oil painting on an aluminum sanded sheet. 
 I used a variety of pallet knives and lots of pigment!

Today's weather reminds me of this painting.  Summer from a child's perspective: carefree, timeless, and magical.  This is October and  I love it!

Feminine energy is mystical and magical. Her cycle is in harmony with the moon. She is wise, intuitive, creative, and nurturing.

Harmony

Creating collage is the process of putting together combinations of elements that can exist as a whole.  The various components must have a flow or energy which can exist together. 
 When this happens harmony is achieved.

Soulmates

When they find each other they feel complete.  They are unified. 

 They have an unspoken understanding.

The Awesome Power Of

I am having fun recycling old books and incorporating them into collages.

  I am a big fan of putting all things to good use. 

 This system seems to create a harmony in my environment.
